Cabernet Sauvignon is the chosen grape of this region. It displays a character unique from other wines in the nearby area. Grown with the afternoon warm sun and the cool mornings, this supple wine balances tannin and acidity.

Senders Stags Leap has a deep purple hue. You will taste the wonderful spice from the oaks and warm aromas of cassis. Intense flavors with ripe tannins make for an elegantly structured wine.

My favorite pairing is with a spiced rubbed filet with port glazed pearl onions. Hmmm.
